Imagine yourself by the swimming pool with your friends or family having the time of your life and fantastic seview and the view to the centre of the town of Rovinj, the coastal town, considered to be one (if not the most) of the most beautiful towns in Croatia. You are only 10 minutes drive from the town, however far away from the hustle and bustle of the civilization since you are in the middle of the forest.
You spend your vacation in the renovated Roman villa where almost all the architectural details were reconstructed based on the original Roman villa that was there exactly at the same place.Plus largely reconstructed in great deal with the building stones from the very spot!
The villa consists of one larger house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and one smaller house just a few steps away with two completely divided rooms,each having its own bathroom. The larger house has possibility of accommodating maximum 7 persons and the smaller maximum 8 persons. There are two kitchens,the larger kitchen has a nice view to the pool and the town.
A large,massive wooden table is situated between the larger and a smaller house. Washing machine, dishwasher, WI-FI. 4500 meters /14,700 feet large unique estate with more than 50 autochthonous plants such as olive, fig, medlar, cherry, pear, loquat, apple, quince and other trees, lavanda, rosemary and other bushes carefully taken care of is encircled with 120 cm/400 feet high stone
wall.
The furniture was meticulously chosen and partly hand made out of massive wood as well. When renovating the villa, the owners* initial intention was not at all to rent the villa, but the family story made another turn. To the pleasure of satisfied guests!
